Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the highs the lows and everything in between. My parents took my family to America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. To give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to teach me what success meant. Money and the prestige of my work did not make me happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. While navigating my way to a new career path, I discovered that I was supposed to be a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being around people, and I love helping others. I began my business in the year 2014. It is my 7th anniversary this year. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian women. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and to reach their objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to in life. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lesson we need, even when we do not realize that it is there. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. In my opinion, I was given a second chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and for me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like I'm living my life. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you can resonate by my experiences and words so that you can know that you are not the only one, to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is not a problem and that health truly is your best source of wealth. Because death is all there is in this world I want you to enjoy your life and die without regrets.
